It's hard to find a place that has everything. Unbeatable service, delicious food, generously served drinks and all at a reasonable price. There is not a bad dish on the menu and it is difficult to select the best. In my opinion, the suckling pig and the tongue are worth the repeat visit.

Everything is very delicious and the portions are of good size, all the dishes are of very good quality and flavor, my favorites: the paella and the Serrano ham croquettes, also a good wine list in different regions and prices, ideal for celebrating a special occasion

A Spanish restaurant with an excellent variety of dishes ranging from popular classics like mixed paella (there's also a seafood version) and patatas bravas, to some specialties not often found in restaurants of this type, such as burnt milk and various varieties of stewed sausages. The seasoning of their cuisine is quite good, which, combined with their generous portions, is sure to fill the stomachs of everyone who visits this restaurant. The restaurant is located within a small plaza, so there is parking, although it is somewhat limited as it is shared with the other surrounding businesses. The staff is very friendly, although the service does take a while, which is a minor inconvenience since the dishes are freshly prepared, but it's still worth keeping in mind

Very good Spanish cuisine, the best dishes are definitely the fideua, which although it takes about 45 minutes to prepare, is well worth the wait, you will not be disappointed by the flavor of the dish. The fabada is a traditional one that you also cannot miss and the rib is of high quality, soft and with a very good flavor, the three dishes are highly recommended. The place is nice and it doesn't seem like it from the outside, since the place where it is located is very complicated due to traffic and the parking lot is small and complicated, but it is well worth the effort to park to try their dishes.

For me, the best paella in Xalapa, the service seemed very good, I have been there the last 3 weekends and the quality and service are maintained, the desserts are a delight, especially the goat's milk ice cream and the nougat ice cream. The prices are somewhat high but the quality is worth it. Highly recommended place
